Born in Extremadura,
Spain. Francisco Moreno is our general Manager and
the creator of the project. He is a qualified Agricultural
Engineer with a Master in Vinegrowing and Enology
from the Escuela Technica Superior Ingeniero Agronomo
in Madrid.
From 1986 to June 2000 Francisco Moreno was the
Director of Bodegas Marqués de Murrieta in
Rioja, one of the oldest and emblematic wineries
in Rioja, established 150 years ago. During the
same period he was also the Director of Bodegas
Pazo de Barrantes in Rias Baixas, which belongs
to the same group as Marques the Murrieta. Pazo
de Barrantes is one of the most important producers
of the Albariño wine. Francisco Moreno has
a wide experience in the world of wines as well
as being a connossieur of great wines from various
parts of the world.
