Born in Extremadura,
Spain. Pilar Manzano is responsible for the Technical
Department. She received her Licenciatura in Biology
and Enology from he University of Extremadura as
well as having received a Master in Vinegrowing.
Enology and Marketing. Pilar Manzano has been a
part of the project from the beginning and together
with Francisco Moreno she is responsible for the
concept of elaborating high quality red wines in
Extremadura. She has a firm knowledge of the current
trends in the wine world as well as a high proficiency
in languages.
